My phone got in July and I got RMCS to block my sim card, then sent Lucia at RMCS several emails to cancel the airtime but every month I still get chargedfor airtime which I don't get! I even went to Cell C last month and they told me that number is on prepaid but again I get my Edgars statement with RMCS included on there. Why must I pay every month for airtime I don't receive and a sim I no longer use. Lucia ssured me last month it was cancelled.please refund my 3 months premium.
