Since november last year I reported at Jet that on my statement that is R36 for airtime, I told them that I am not receiving any airtime and they said they will correct that error since today no one is willing to help me. Every month I need to phone and remind them about this transaction. If I am phoning customer care they always says the problem is with RMCS I muSt phone them. IF I am phoning RMCS they also said the problem is with Jet long time alone they did sent a letter to Jet for cancellation. Can any one explain to me what is really going on. Today I phoned Jet customer care ad the lady said she can't help me I must phone RMCS and I just wonder why she can't phone RMCS and report the query for me. I am so irritated about this query.
