THIS IS SERIOUSLY BAD SERVICE

I purchased 2 sim cards with Umoya Cellular. 1 card is fine. The other could not connect to the network since my purchase. I have paid for the card in full and am supposed to have an active card for a 2yr contract duration. To date, I have been from Umoya to RMCS to Cell C and back again. All have passed the buck or not got back to me. I spoke to Lee Saaiman from Umoya who advised me that Milo Ledwaba will get to me about my card. I received the replacement card which does not work. THIS IS GOING ON FROM MAY 2012 AND TO DATE STILL NOTHING.By February 2013, it was Ruth Mnisi and again still nothing. After so many emails and calls, still nothing. I was again informed by a guy (whose name i did not take down) that i must once again contact RMCS and this time i spoke to Themba who informed me that Sibongile from RMCS will contact me by last week. I need to know WHO IS TAKING OWNERSHIP AND BY WHEN WILL THIS ISSUE BE RESOLVED. I HAVE PAID FOR MY CONTRACT AND HAVE ONLY HAD TO PAY MORE FOR CALLS TO GET THE THING ACTIVATED FOR A YEAR NOW. THIS CANNOT GO ON ANY LONGER AND NEEDS FURTHER ACTION!!! OWNERSHIP ANYONE, OR I TAKE IT FURTHER!!!
