HOW RMCS TO CUSTOMERS!

I lost my phone last week thus had to do a sim swap with Vodacom. At the Vodacom shop I was told that since I have a contract with RMCS, through Edgars I would have to get a letter stating that I want to do a sim swap that has an Edgars and/or RMCS letterhead on it. I then went to the Edgars store at the Glen and relayed this information to them after which RMCS was called. The assistant at RMCS, who did not say her name, was told about my problem and after which she said I have to wait 48hours for the letter stated above.

I find that RMCS has inconvenienced me with more than 48hrs as I have yet to get the letter with their letterhead on it and thus have not blocked my number or done a sim swap. Nobody from RMCS has called me to date regarding the matter despite them being aware of the issue.

I am consequently terminating my contract with RMCS and will not advise anyone to join them as their response to issues such as mine is not as hasty as when RMCS/EDGARS takes your money.

Why say 48hrs if you actually mean 48000 hrs! The lack of integrity that RMCS has showed is disappointing.

I would like feedback on this matter as soon as possible!
