Seems I cannot get a response unless I complain on here. So let me try again
Last week I put in a complaint on hello peter. ref 5993985. Great response and technician was sent in 15 hours to test. His prepaid sim is perfect. My contract sim he recognized as a problem with the tower.
Said he would log with the network department.
However, I have now tried to get feedback
a. Your call centre says that they have no way to follow up with the technical department
b. The technician says that the networking guys will try and solve this remotely, and if not, they will then come on site. But that there is no way to follow up with networking as they have no contact details.
So while you have been awesome in getting back to me on a social channel. Now that there is a real issue, nobody is getting back to me, or following up, or telling me what is happening. I am now incurring expenses as the network is unusable and I have to resort to Vodacom or MTN data packages for connectivity.
Can you please assist?
