Sim Swap Registration and Feedback

I called MTN callcentre on Monday 1 April 2013 requesting a sim swap for my phone. I was told that the complaint would be escalated to a supervisor that would call me backin 2 - 24 hours due to the fact that it would be my second sim swap within a 30 day period. No one called me, I called again twice on Wed the 3rd and I was given the same reply. I called again today and spoke to an agentPumelele Cele at the Mount Edgecomb call centre and she said she would escalate the request to her supervisor Wenzel Naidoo. I asked to hold and speak to Wenzel but he/she was busy on another line and would return my call in the next 10 minutes. I am still waiting for a call from Wenzel or the other four supervisors from MTN to call me and advise me when my sim swap will be activated. It has been almost two weeks now that I have been waiting for a 2 - 24 hours sim swap to be activated. My old sim number is 0736301551
