Please note i have phoned Trudon on numerous occasion and up till now i have had no response. Pathetic. My ref no 16169392. We have also been billed from April 2013 for the amount of R427 excl vat per month for a contract that we did not agree upon and where nothing was signed. This is illegal. We have called on the 29/05/13, 11/06/13 and 10/07/13 respectively. I spoke to Moya, who played back a recording and which i disputed on the first phone call. He was going to process some paperwork and hand over to his supervisor, nothing happened by my 2nd phonecall. When i phoned on the 3rd occassion, i was really upset as i was still being billed every month, Moya played the tape AGAIN and i disputed it again, saying that there was no agreement and nothing was signed, and he agreed with me. I asked for this so called 'Contract' to be cancelled immediately and for the reversal of charges since April 2013. He said he will fill out paperwork and handover to his supervisor (10/07/13). I am still awaiting for a call and feedback up to now. I even asked to speak to someone in charge and no joy. As for your response Roshni, it really does not help your clients if no one bothers to get back to us.
