I received my bill for this month and saw it was incorrectly billed. I then called nashua on the 5th of April 2013, to find out what was going on, there was apparently another line billed on my account because i am currently paying for 2 lines now they bill me for 3 lines. So i was told they will refer the account to the credit department and it will be sorted. I then called again on the 8th of April 2013 and there account was still not sorted they said will get back to me, on the 16th of April 2013 i called again spoke to kgmotso after half hour on phone she told they will call me in the next 2 days but that did not happen. My last call which was the 4th time calling nahua mobile accounts department 22th of April 2013, spoke to kgomotso again was not getting anywhere so i asked to speak to manager i was refer to simphewe who also could not assist me he was busy telling me go to the bank and put a stop order because there is nothing they can do, being a manager to tell me that and after disputing for half hour i then gave him my account number then he says he was not aware properly about problem and must give them 48hours to get back to me. What should i do wait to pay for a extra line.
