I have been having no Internet connection since the end of August, and contacted the Cell C call centre in this regard. I was told that they were upgrading their system and i should just be patient. After a week, nothing improved and i took my laptop and speedstick to a Cell C shop where the software of the speedstick was upgraded, but still nothing improved with the Internet connection. i phoned the call centre to end my contract, and was told that the technical department would have to review my request. i was also given a reference nr. After a week of having heard nothing fro mthe technical department, i phoned again, was again just given a reference nr, and was asked my contact details. It is now three days later and still i have heard nothing. This is ludicrous. i want to know if i can stop the debit order, as I am paying for a "service" i am NOT receiving at all and since all those voice calls were recorded, there is a record that conveys my wishes that i want to end my contract?
