I have been unable to receive any incoming calls since 14/03/2013. I have contacted Vodacom customer Care (082111) - they advised me to insert the sim into another phone (where after I still couldn't receive any calls), only to resolve to advising me to perform a sim swap as the problem clearly is not that of the handset.
On 18/03/2013 I visited a Vodacom Outlet in Menlyn Park where they performed a sim swap, guaranteeing that it will solve the problem.
As of 20:00 on 18/03/2013 I have inserted the newly acquired and activated sim - unfortunately I am still unable to receive any calls. Thus the problem clearly is not that of the sim card.
Therefor I must conclude that the problem lays somewhere with you, Vodacom.
Please resolve this ASAP. What is the point of having a cellphone if I am unable to receive any calls??!!
