I've had a useless network for the past 9 months or so (dropped calls, no data throughput) and I'm fed up now. So today I call to cancel this contract. Not only do I speak to the rudest call centre agent, but I get told that they first need to send out a technician to have a look - as if they are shocked and I'm the first person to complain about this... Wow Cell C, and where do you plan on sending them? Your network is useless wherever I go - at home and at work. If I'm not roaming on Vodacom I can forget about receiving any calls or browsing a single website. I am not getting the service that I'm paying for and I regret signing up with you.
