I recently got a new contract number from Vodacom. Once the contract was active I realized the number was a recycled number. So currently I receive sms's and calls from the previous users contacts. I contacted customer care and was told they will attend to the matter. Their technical department would've called me. 10days later I still receive annoying sms's in a language I do not understand and calls asking for a person I do not know. And no word from Vodacom or their technical department. This is the last time I will affiliate myself with Vodacom.
