Contract application

On the 30.04.2013 as per advertised contract specials I applied for a classic 300 Samsung S111 contract, this was for R322 pm X24 months with 200 anytime mins, 200 sms and 200 mb data. I was told all was in order and they would send my new number and despatch my phone to me by 07.05.2013
Needless to say each day after that I have been told that they cannot load me on the systems as they have just had an upgrade and they cannot despatch my phone as the system keeps canceling my order.
On thursday 23.05.2013 I was told I am now on their system but the special I applied for is over so they will now give me a contract as follows; R349pmx24 with 200 mins, 39 SMS and 300 mb data? PAY MORE FOR LESS? I have since waited for a supervisor to contact me to rectify this as I want what I applied for as it is not my fault their systems were faulty? NO CONTACT from any supervisor or Manager re this matter to date? SHocking!!!
