Poor service, billing

Ordered new phone and upgrade of 06/06/2013, was approved 07/06/2013 after they sorted out their billing (their system was down for debit orders and they had sent SMS asking to come in to pay!). Signed all application forms.
Next day they said phone not available, this was after telling me one was reserved for me.
Waited till 25/06 to be told to come in and collect.
Did so asking if now on new contract, assured that yes no problem (MTN Month end 26th).
Come month end I find I was not, and as I had assumed I was, my Data account was nor 706.00 instead of the 300.00 expected.
Was told its my fault as I had only applied 25/06/2013 despite having approval 07/06/2013 and finalising all 25/06/2013
