Sadly I have discussed this with Cell C before hence this complaint. I took two contracts out on the same day for two separate people but both go off my bank account. I received my first statement with both numbers on the same account and with out any indication of which calls belong to which number. I complained and they assured me that it would be fixed before the next statement, which I just received and the problem has still not been fixed. They tell me they cannot reissue the broken statement again so I still cannot see which calls belong to which number. I requested electronic billing when I took the contracts and even though they assured me it has been changed they still are sending me the bills via snail mail. This indicates that the last person I spoke to did nothing about my complaint. I am so fed up with the cellular phone service providers in South Africa. It seems that it is industry standard for the accounts/billing departments and admin departments to be sub standard.
