On Sunday we drove through to Vodaworld to purchase our second Samsung S4, during this time I had a question regarding functionality on my phone. I went to the Samsung store where there were 2 people behind the counter, 1 was assisting clients and Dominique was leaning in her chair fiddling with her phone. I greeted her about to ask my question and she rudely barked "THERE IS A QUEUE!!! "
It's disgusting to see the poor quality of customer service in a store like this representing an international brand.
If this is how you are treated after spending nearly R20k with a company I will definitely not be buying anymore products or recommending them to anyone!!!
