I've been experiencing a lot of bad service from MTN. Ever since I opened a second contract with them, my second account has been experiencing a lot of air time loss. For example, just last night I slept with R58 in my account and then I woke up to R18.10. The call center agents are not even picking up my calls, I've been on hold for 35 minutes! I called with the same problem at the beginning of the year and they told me it's "MyMTN" that had billed me but they couldn't explain what MyMTN is. I'm fed up now because I never ever spend my contract air time fully, it's always billed. So disappointed because I'm still on contract, I can't port.
