This marketing gimmick of Vodacom Power to you, should be changed to Vodacom horror to you it will be appropriate since the brand is superior in bad service. On the 28th of December 2013 my I phone 5 and was booked in with the The Glen Vodacom. On the 7th a message was sent to me that my phone is in transit and the 8th another message was sent to me that my phone ready for collection. When I went to collect my phone it was not fixed nor was it checked it also became clear to me that my phone only got to the service centre on the 8th of January 2014 to me that is not acceptable and an apology was registered with me in that regard by Johan who has displayed serious incompetence. I was told my phone had find my phone service active to my dismay that service was deactivated at the I store before it was booked for service and when I went to the istore to find out if my phone was deactivated they confirmed I then deactivated my I phone 4 s to leave no room for my phone not to be fixed today I am told my phone cant be traced and no one is sure about the whereabouts of my phone that is disgusting service. I await MAX THE SO CALLED MANAGER TO RESOLVE THIS MESS
