I've upgraded one of my contracts online mid August. 2nd of September i received my statement, and noticed that i've been charged incorrect for my subscription. i phoned twice to log a query and then gets transferred to other depts. the 2nd time i phoned, the consultant told me that i will pay the old subscription until the 24mnths are over!!?? since when - you can upgrade from 20mnths???
phoned again yesterday, told me the query is still pending??
2nd of September i've deactivated a mymeg 500 service to my package - told me i still have to pay for Sept but it's definately deactivated from Oct. Yesterday 1 Oct, received an sms saying MYMEG 500 activated for Oct?

i'm quite shocked to see how many consultants aren't up to date or haven't had much training!! but they are very quick to say - i've logged your query and please rate my service, because they know when you phone again, you'll never speak to them again!
