Over Charged and No Refund

On Friday the 1st of March I called Vodacom, as they had charged me for a service (BIS) which I did not have use of as of the 31 Janruary. I had made a request that BIS be deactivated as I was not informed on my upgrade that this had to be done. This is Vodacoms way of ripping off unassuming customers and getting them to pay for extra services. (and then blaming the customer)

I requested that the amount be refunded to me and was assured that this would be done, and that I would be contacted within 24hrs.

On 3 March I still had no communication with regards to my refund, so I called them. Short answer the request was delayed due to the incompetence of the call center. I was told again that I would be contacted within 24hrs.

6 March Still no communication from vodacom. On calling I was told that I would have a response by 4pm the same day. Still Nothing!!!

Vodacom is an absolute rip off! They take money that does not belong to them and then take forever to give it back (if at all)

I want my money refunded and I want to be compensated for my energy and time wasted as well as the numerous calls to vodacom (for which they charge).
