Following my previous complaint on Hellopeter on 14 January regarding billing discrepancies on my MTN account, MTN replied saying the complaint had been escalated to their billing management and I would be contacted directly.
I have as yet not been contacted two weeks later. This does displease me MTN, so please ensure that I get that phone call rectifying the billing issue before you start expecting me to pay you again when you owe me money.
