I renewed my contract and been sent around everywhere to get my problem sorted out. i opened this contract at the at the mtn in town and when i opened the contract i found my phone wifi stucks and the battery power lasts for two hours, within my 7days i took the phone into the canal walk mtn and the agent told me that i can take my phone into the store i got the phone to get my contract altered and canceled. i went to that sore the agent advised me that a technician will fix my phone, this is incorrect information i went in to the cavindish store and this agent was meant to open a formal complaint for me because i was getting incorrect information i was getting from all the stores. this agent shahaam in cavindish never opened this complaint was rude when i went to find whats happening with the complaint. i therefore i had to call the call center they advised me that i regional manager will contact me this was a 5days ago and im still waiting for a responds from the manager. i am sick of having to run around about this and if this doesnt get fixed i will be taking this to the papers. and i am NOT INTERESTED IN A SAMSNG S4!!!
