I purchased a body glove cover for my S3 mini phone. I have to really press hard to use the buttons. I was off sick and could not return the item in time to exchange for another which I found out when I tried to return the cover which is still brand new in the packaging only to be told that the system won't allow it. So I purchased the the flip cover body glove cover today which is ten times better than the current one I am stuck with. All I want is a refund for a cover with a design flaw. I spent now R249 for the flip cover. I just want a refund for the cover which is useless to me.
