Thanks Cell C for loosing a customer as well as other potential customers (my family and friends).
I bought the cover from Cell C what will it cost you to return it to the supplier and get their opinion instead of just being arrogant and refusing to take it back I'm sure Body Glove wouldn't want this publicity.
So what is the one year guarantee for on a piece of plastic if its not for cracking the cover is still in good condition with no physical damage.
I would recommend anyone to Vodacom because I wouldn't have gotten this service from them that's why Cell C you will never be able to compete with Vodacom even if Vodacom is more expensive than you.
I'm going to take this further and not leave it here.
I bought a new cover from Vodacom for R429.
I will get my R300 back from you I only wanted a replacement but that offer is not on the table anymore.
