Bought a cover that's cracking

I bought a Body Glove Galaxy S4 cover just over a month ago 27 June for R300 within second week a crack developed but I didn't still let that concern me.By the 3rd week another and one week ago another because the store is not in my area I thought I'm going to take it in on the first opportunity which was today. The manager told me even though it has 1 year cover for manufacturing defects he told me its my fault because it's cracking. I would not recommend any of my family and friends to support Cell C because of this pathetic service. I've bought R50 to R70 covers at China Town and have never had any faults like this after months of use.
