I had wanted to convert my expired prepaid 2GB data anytime to your Giga 200 package. Unfortunately, in my error I had thought I could do the process myself (as with other networks) by transferring money to the number and then activating the data package. However, it appears that this special can only be done in store. I have tried to contact your customer care and sales team but they have not been able to help. Please can you convert the airtime on my cellphone to the Giga 200, as Cell C already has this money. I only use this sim for data
