Terrible design of a samsung note 2 cove

I recently purchased a flip cover for my Samsung Note 2 (not the cheapest cover around) and was very frustrated to what I found. The phone has an s pen in the bottom right of the phone. The cover makes it extremely hard to remove the s pen as you cannot get your finger in the back to remove the s pen. I find this is unacceptable for such an expensive cover. Another problem is that the s pen's technology uses some kind of magnet. The cover has a magnet for the clip that closes the flip. This magnet interferes with the s pen's technology and therefore the s pen does not work when you try and use it anywhere near the magnet on the cover of the phone. Terrible terrible terrible design!!! Would love an appropriate apology from Body Glove.
