On the 02 July 2013, we purchased an IPhone 5 on contract. We purchased a white body glove with the phone for R 199. In less than a month the body glove has loose threads coming from it. I looked in the packet that the phone came in and there was all the documentation relating to the renewal of the contract but no slip for the body glove. I realised that this was a problem so I went to my bank statements to show the purchase of the body glove for R 199 at MTN. I took the body glove back to MTN this morning and they would not replace it saying there is no warranty on accessories. I find this in really poor taste as it is less than a month ago since we purchased this accessory. I asked if we could take the matter further because I believe that anyone who would see the cover and see me in person would understand the story but no manager came out to see me - I was just told that they cannot replace it. I have been a customer of MTN for 12 years so I find this in very poor taste.
