Incorrect Cover sent

I received a samsung galaxy s4 today after waiting 2 weeks for the device. I was sent the wrong cover (samsung s3 mini) i asked digital planet to replace the cover with the right one and was told that they must collect the phone and everything again! and then i have to wait 3 to 5 working days again! are you insane? I have a problem with my current phone which i use for business hence the upgrade to the s4! you will not collect the phone again! Send me the correct cover and take the incorrect cover! It's not rocket science! why inconvenience me again!?
