Unwilling to help with a warranty claim

I received 2 cellphones on contract in October 2012. The one phone I sent away for repairs under warranty in December 2012. The service by Mrs Rhodes at the George branch was great, and the repair was done without problems. The second phone became faulty and was sent away from the George branch in April and was received back still showing the original problem (but it was clear that the software had been reloaded). When we took the phone back on 18 June to be sent away for the 2nd time, suddenly the SAME DOCUMENTS they accepted the previous 2 times weren't good enough. In fact they booked the phone in and then phoned me to come fetch the phone because the invoices, etc weren't good enough to "prove" the phone was issued by 8ta. Now I ask why the forms were good enough to take the phone in under warranty the 1st 2 times, and not the 3rd time? Surely 8ta, who is punctual in BILLING us for the phones every month, must know what phones they are billing us for - even if I had no documentation!

8ta's inconsistent policies, means travelling from Oudtshoorn to George, wasting my money and time.

HOW DO I GET MY PHONE FIXED, I ONLY HAVE THE DOCS YOU GAVE ME. THEY WERE ALWAYS GOOD ENOUGH?
