Faxed my cancellation for my contract in October 2012 and phoned George branch to confirm that they received it which they did. I still receive invoices and the debit order still goes off my bank account. I phoned the call centre, they said they can not do anything, cause i send it to a branch and not directy to them. I have a new phone and do not use the old simcard anymore. I do not want the airtime they gave e from October and I want the installments back for November, December and January.
