November 2009, i too out a contract with telkom mobile, when they were still 8ta. i took a motorola phone (which i was not warned about).
since then i havn't been able to go on the internet with the phone. it went in for repairs more than 4 times, with no results (updates were put on).
seeing since they don't want to repair the phone (or give me a new one) i want to cancel my contract, but they're not even willing to waiver my cancellation fee.
i am going to consult my attorney on this matter.
I CAN'T WAIT TO BE RID OF THIS NETWORK.
