I need a urgent call from Vodacom Head Office or Ombudsman. I cancelled my contract because it was end of the term, I requested it via Phne calls and emails and everyday someone else is calling me, to say I owe Vodacom money. I Paid it up, last debit was R130 and from there its now R808 outstanding. I told them I dont even have the sim card anymore, they must cancel. But up until now, nobody can assist me. I requested all my calls from Vodacom where I asked them to cancel my contract and they must also retrieve all my emails. But till now nothing. My name is going to be effected, because some there is not doing theyre job. Pmease Vodacom Customer care or ombudsman, please reply on my email thats on your system, regarding my requests. Thank you
