On the 21 of September 2023 around 15:25_i tried to purchase a speaker at dobsonville cash crusaders which was R329.90 using a card (nsfas ezaga card) it seems as the transactions was declined for 1st time and when i try to swipe again it seems declined again but the money was deducted from my account. I ended up using a cash .. When i spoke to manager he told me to wait few days and it will be reversed back. Ever since then i have been waiting. Last of last week i went back again they told me i should give them bank statements indeed i did so, they said i should wait for 2 weeks. When i went back yesterday they said they cant help me.
