Terrible Service

At Autopage Cellular in Tygervalley Centre I explained to a lady named Magdalene that I qualify for an upgrade and I need her advice and guidance. I asked that she writes down on paper the costs and details of each viable package. She wrote down that I can upgrade to a Cell-C Straight Up 200 BlackBerry which includes a Blackberry 9700 phone for R117.37 per month or a BlackBerry 9790 phone for R152.76 per month. Both options includes 200 anytime minutes per month, 200 sms and 200mb data.
I was very suspicious of the cheap contracts but she assured me that the info was accurate.
In doubt I returned to the store 20 minutes later with more questions but she said that she will phone me the next day and she walked out of the shop although it was still an hour before the shop closed.
Someone else confirmed that the information she gave me was completely wrong.

I am dissapointed because I would make a decision and sign a 24 month contract based on the information and guidance which a representative would give me and in this case I would have been in big trouble if I signed the contract as the actual price of the contract was wrong.

How can one trust the staff of Autopage Cellular??
