Autopage not willing to help

I took out three contracts with Autopage Cellular East London Devereux Avenue.
My daughter was given a Blackberry and we decided to give her a contract and was told although she has a phone she must take a new phone with a contract and I decided on a Samsung phone.
We live on a farm 200 km round trip to the Autopage store.
I decided I would rather take a blackberry than a Samsung and notified the store.
I have not received the Samsung phone yet.
I was told it is too late as it has been activated, my argument is that I am paying every month and surely I can change my mind as I have not received it yet. I am now told to contact the call centre which has now referred me to the retention department.
The shops are quick to sign contracts and don't worry much after that.
