So, after the ICASA debacle this service has been totally useless, I have mailed them..I have called them..to no avail, I cannot get into their webpage... even after their technician called me and provided me the exact username and passwod that i use. I was promised a technician at my house for the 20th May. I am at my wits end... I have spoken to billing and told them to cancel and confirm... no response. Now we communiacte via Hello Peter and the debot order that will be cancelled... maybe after non-payment they may be interested.
