We have been experiencing a problem with our iburst reception since Monday the 2nd of December 2013. Since then I have been calling repeatedly only to establish on Wednesday that the problem might be due to the external antenna. On Tuesday a male person gave us a reference number and when I phoned on Wednesday he informed me that the problem will be attended to and if they need to a technician will be sent out to attend to the problem. Today when I enquired to find out when the technician will be here a lady told me that we had to request iburst to sent out a technician. Everytime the call centre is contacted everyone else gives a different story... It seems that the service is getting worse...
