ADT's handling of my previous compliant on Hello Peter was not satisfactory. Their response consisted of letting someone phone me to make an appointment to send out a technician. No phone call to discuss as they have indicated they would do. That only dealt with part of my complaint - the rest of the complaint is still outstanding. I am querying a charge on an invoice and after a number of complaints to ADT I have still not received any response. In addition to not responding, they have added a charge for the call-out on the previous response after the technician showed me on his work schedule that he was told not to charge me! And this is for the same complaint that I called them out previously! In addition, I made a payment for the previous call out, which was not indicated on the statement where they added the new charge - a few weeks after the payment was made! As a result I have cancelled my contract with ADT, asked them to confirm that they have done it - but I am still waiting!! ADT is totally clueless about customer service - theirs must be the ABSOLUTE WORST I have encountered in a long time! I would like this resolved so that I can move on!!
