ADT sent a technician to my house following a request to look at our alarm system. The technician provided us with a QUOTE for the work that he thought needed to be done. About a week later ADT took the money out of my bank account (without authority to do so, i have a debit order for the monthly payments) even though this was just a quote and NO SERVICE had been delivered. I complained and asked the technician to return to complete the work. This has required 6 calls alone this week. After providing the call center with all the background the technician arrived at the house to perform a review of what needs to be done. he had already done this 3 weeks ago. I complained again and was told I first have to accept the quote before they will do the work. The money has already been taken out of my account by ADT, so i called again asking them to please complete the job. He returned only to inform us that he needed to purchase the parts. but will be back later that day. 3 days later no word even though the call center has promised he will be out and have promised to call to confirm on 3 separate occasions, to date still no response. This is very close to and UNACCEPTABLE service
