We were burgled. Burglars cut alarm cable and deactivated alarm on Wednesday. ADT said they would send a technician on Monday. After discussing the urgency with Amanda she said they would come out on Thursday. I called 9am Thursday and Ayanda told me the technician would come on Monday. After another discussion regarding the urgency (unarmed house etc.) He promised a technician would come today. I called again at 15:00 and Ashanda assured me the technician was coming Monday (???). Anyway we decided this was an urgent situation and the technician would be there today. It is now 23:00 and he has not yet arrived. Each time I called I asked to speak to a manager but that does not appear to be an option. My house is not armed. What must I do?
