My alarm stopped working after a thunderstorm on Tuesday. I phone ADT on Wednesday and Thursday and was promised that a technician would come out/ call. No response. On Friday, phoned again and was given the name and number of the technician, the number did Not work, so I called back to inform ADT the number was a dud. I was told that they would get hold of the technician and contact me back, till now no response and no alarm yet. I am so disappointed with ADT, so much so that I'm not expecting much response to this compliant except the standard 'we acknowledge your compliant and sent it to management' response that many others seem to be receiving.
