I have a whirlpool top-loader washing machine under warranty, which has broken.
I have logged the problem with Whirlpool 3 times.
9th Jan 2014 ref no s000351192 - no response, just an sms, saying if no response within 8 hrs please phone again.
13th Jan ref no s000352155 - same sms - no response.
16th jan ref no s000353179 - same sms - no response
The supplier (Modern Electrical appliances, Somerset west called call center) technician was coming Friday or Saturday. no-one came or called
I contacted call center 20th Jan - no ref no - I was told technician would call that day - nothing
The Supplier (MEA) called on the 21s Jan - call center assured technician would call or attend to the problem- no ref no
today the 24th January, I have still not had any call or response.
This service is pathetic, so much for the 8 hrs, more like 8 weeks before anything happens.
