We took out a contract on the 12 December (samsung pocket) - R199.00 per month. With this
contract came a 32" TV.
I have paid two months into this contract and to date I have not received this TV. I am being
sent from one person to another.
Why am I paying so much for somthing I do not have and not likely to receive it seems. Can
I take MTN for breach of contract and return the Samsung pocket?
I have sent MTN a complaint via their website a month ago and nobody has called or responded.
The branch is currently ignoring my emails.
