Reported poor connetion 3 weeks ago. Got sms messages stating the problem was handed over to technical dept. Had to report the same problem again last weekend. Same story today. Every time I hear that they will get back to me in 24 hours, but because it is a weekend they will get back to me on Monday. I am paying for a service in full as required by my contract. I am NOt recieving a service as promised in said contract.
