Put on wrong contract

I applied for an iPhone 5s on contract, I wanted to get it on topup, I told the sales consultant who is my colleague cause i took it from an istore where I work, I asked her for a topup she did everything, printed the contract, gave it to me, because we as South Africans work on a trust system I didn't read it, so I started making calls thinking I was on topup and that ima get barred if I reached my limit, so there I am making calls but no limit, out of curiosity I went through my contract and found out I'm on anytime 200 contract not topup, and my bill is now on 1832, so I asked her to change the contract to the one I wanted, she launched a query, and she's been waiting for a response from you guys for days, I just at the fact that ima pay a huge bill cause I been put on a wrong contract and yet again you guys are dragging to put me on my chosen contract, can you please investigate, it's said that you take 24 hrs to respond to queries but it's been 5 days or so, please can I get urgent assistant otherwise ima have to cancel everything here.your call centre says 3 months but I can't wait on something I didn't ask for in the first place.
