I opened a Mambo 5 contract a few months ago for my mother. I was told it was a top-up contract when it is in fact not. I then proceeded to convert the contract to a top-up contract for the remaining period. It has still not been changed and is a major inconvenience as the phone becomes useless once the airtime has been consumed.
Each time I call the consultant says the issue will be resolved but never is.
If this is not resolved and soon I am going to escalate this issue as this is completely unacceptable.
