Pathetic service/ passing the buck

8th may 2013 htc one
all required documentation by the end of that week. pre approval was done as well.should arrive the following week. I ask them to calculate 12 month contract as offered
16th may 2013
they told me it arrived. to store on the 16th may, they ordered the wrong phone. At the same time no pricing on 12 month contract.arriving next week now
21st may
2 weeks later, no response via email or phone calls on the status of the 12 month contract. I was at the shopping center so decided to pop in and told me the price Bearing in mind no ph yet.

ph Vernon at N1 city, norm response I am ph you back now. Waited 1 hour, decided to ph manager. She did phone back telling me they are out of stock and there is no ETA.outcome can't be changed. Why was I not told that the first time when they ordered the wrong device there was no stock 16th may, 21st may not for my call on the 23 May 23, 2013, I would still been waiting like a clown.
tHE device requested by the client not verified by the ordering department and if not on regular stock inventory.ph call or email not clarify stock issue.little space 15calls on record later/ willtaketo local newspape
