Good Day

On the 16th of October I applied for a smart device over the internet, a few days later it was approved. I have waited for my smart device since then, when I call there is no stock (iPhone 5) so yesterday I cancelled that order and took the iPhone 5 s, as they have stock. Now I have to wait another 15 days for my phone.

This is unacceptable, I do not care for you channels it has to go through, in the month that I have waited for my iPhone no one contacted me to tell me there is no stock, I had to call and scream and fight to get an answer. SO NOW I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO WAIT SO ANOTHER 15 DAYS.

I want my phone, FNB is always about how good their client services are. THEY HAVE NO CLIENT SERVICES!!! I want this sorted out by end of tomorrow 20/11/2013. When I applied the first time they could have told me there is no stock, they didn't, so now I want my Iphone 5 s by the end of the week!!!
