NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE

I received an invoice from MTN, i took over a contract from another person with a huge amount to pay this month, nothing is stated of what this charges relates to, i am trying since 8 this morning to get through to them on 0831808 i even sent 2 emails nobody is answering. i really do need some assistance please
